Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of complex AI and machine learning models.
- Optimize existing algorithms for performance and scalability to meet 2026 standards.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI into production workflows.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in Deep Learning and NLP.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model deployment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience with generative AI models (LLMs, Diffusion models).
