Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks capable of handling 2026-scale data volumes.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Optimize existing data pipelines to ensure real-time inference and low-latency processing.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, ensuring our architecture remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building production-grade AI/ML systems using Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, transformers, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of improving model accuracy and reducing inference costs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
