The Role:
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of AI model development, from research and prototyping to deployment and monitoring in production environments. Your work will directly impact how we leverage data to solve complex business problems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, training, and fine-tuning of large-scale generative AI models.
- Optimize inference pipelines for high-throughput, low-latency performance in production.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure model reliability, scalability, and continuous integration.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to define AI roadmaps and feature requirements.
- Evaluate and integrate emerging AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all model deployments.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Deep Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
