- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices in software engineering.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning engineering.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Specialization: Deep knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable.
