Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and NLP pipelines using Python and PyTorch.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and reduce latency in production environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure model reproducibility, monitoring, and continuous integration.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in artificial intelligence and evaluate its applicability to our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying ML models to production and managing the full ML lifecycle.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
