Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models using Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Lead the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and processing to model training, validation, and production deployment.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy, latency, and efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.
- Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or machine learning.
- Deep expertise in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Generative AI is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithmic complexity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
