Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Architect and implement scalable machine learning models and deep learning algorithms using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and optimize inference pipelines for high performance and low latency.
- Data Strategy: Oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure model accuracy.
- Research: Conduct research on novel AI techniques and integrate them into production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Deployment: Deploy models to cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) using containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on NLP or Computer Vision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Programming: Strong coding skills in C++ or Java for high-performance computing applications.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Machine Learning Specialty or Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer preferred.
