Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and model architectures.
- Train, fine-tune, and optimize large language models for specific domain applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI models to ensure accuracy, robustness, and ethical compliance.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in the field of Artificial Intelligence and implement emerging technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to code reviews and technical documentation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (3+ years of experience may substitute for a Master's).
- Extensive experience in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of developing and deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Deep understanding of deep learning concepts, neural networks, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
