Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable machine learning models and algorithms for production environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, Engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform rigorous model evaluation, testing, and deployment using MLOps best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into our architecture.
- Lead technical discussions and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
