Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy advanced deep learning models, focusing on LLMs and Transformer architectures.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency using techniques like quantization and pruning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and researchers to define technical requirements.
- Maintain and improve our MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless CI/CD for AI models.
- Research emerging trends in AI and evaluate their applicability to our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Deep expertise in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience in building and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of MLOps principles, data pipelines, and model monitoring.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
