- Research and implement novel algorithms in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI.
- Collaborate with product teams to define AI-driven features and user experiences.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews.

Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying ML models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for solving complex problems.
