Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for large-scale applications.
- Conduct research to identify novel architectures and algorithms that improve model efficiency.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly features.
- Optimize existing data pipelines and model inference for speed and cost-effectiveness.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning and deep learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing research or delivering production-level AI products.
