As a Senior AI Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, training, and deploying advanced machine learning models that solve real-world problems. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with top-tier talent, pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
What You'll Do:
- Architect and implement scalable deep learning pipelines for production environments.
- Optimize model performance for speed and accuracy using advanced techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and implementing the latest advancements in AI/ML.
Responsibilities
- Develop and fine-tune state-of-the-art neural networks using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Deploy models to cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on MLOps best practices.
- Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and improve model robustness.
- Drive the technical roadmap for AI features and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Contribute to the open-source community and internal knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and SQL.
- Extensive experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud services, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven track record of shipping high-impact AI products.
