Responsibilities
- Design & Deployment: Architect and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model serving in production environments.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained models for specific use cases, focusing on latency, throughput, and cost-efficiency.
- Research: Stay at the forefront of AI research by evaluating new papers and integrating novel techniques into our architecture.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (backend, frontend, product) to define AI requirements and integrate models into production APIs.
- MLOps: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for machine learning, ensuring reproducibility and automated testing.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of NLP and computer vision concepts.
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical problems and delivering high-impact products.
