Responsibilities
Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks using Python and PyTorch.Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to define AI product requirements.Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and inference speed in production environments.Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in the AI space, keeping abreast of the latest academic and industry trends.Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers on best practices, architecture, and MLOps.Ensure data privacy, security compliance, and ethical AI standards in all AI deployments.Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated model training and evaluation.
Qualifications
PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a strong focus on Deep Learning.Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.Strong understanding of MLOps, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).Experience with vector databases, LLM fine-tuning, and RAG architectures.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
