Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and algorithms using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Infrastructure: Build and maintain robust MLOps pipelines for model training, validation, and productionization to ensure high availability and scalability.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize existing models for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency in cloud environments.
- Research: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning and implement novel techniques.
- Documentation: Create clear, concise documentation for models, APIs, and technical architecture to facilitate team onboarding and knowledge transfer.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied research.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of neural network architectures and training methodologies.
- Cloud & Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a track record of solving complex engineering challenges.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
