Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for 2026 readiness.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge machine learning models.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize system latency and throughput in production environments.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Ensure security, compliance, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading engineering teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly preferred.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
