Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, high-performance AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data and millions of concurrent requests.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of next-generation LLMs, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and hallucination reduction.
- RAG Pipelines: Engineer advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines to enhance knowledge retrieval and context awareness.
- Ethical AI: Implement guardrails and safety protocols to ensure AI outputs are unbiased, safe, and compliant with emerging global regulations.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of talented ML engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model inference latency and reduce operational costs in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern NLP libraries. Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow).
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and microservices architectures for AI workloads.
- Future-Forward Thinking: A strong intuition for emerging trends in AI, including Multimodal models and Agentic AI workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
