Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for The 2026 Roadmap project.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Transformer models and generative AI architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core enterprise products.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish rigorous best practices for AI governance and ethics.
- Optimize model performance for real-time processing in high-stakes environments.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AGI trends for 2026.
Qualifications
- PhD or MS in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning research and production software engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems that handle millions of requests.
- Strong understanding of neural architecture search, optimization, and distributed computing.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.
