Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Lead the end-to-end architecture for scalable AI systems and infrastructure capable of handling exascale data processing by 2026.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research and development efforts into emerging technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Autonomous Agents.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry trends.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior architects and developers on best practices in AI and distributed systems.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of neural networks and algorithms to maximize efficiency, accuracy, and latency reduction.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous security standards and ethical guidelines regarding bias, privacy, and transparency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a Senior or Lead Architect role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Familiarity with Quantum Computing concepts and Web3 technologies is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, unstructured problems in large-scale distributed systems.
