Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI solutions targeting the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Define and drive the technical strategy for scalable machine learning pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into core product ecosystems.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies (e.g., Transformer models, Neuromorphic computing) to ensure competitive advantage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Oversee model performance, security, and ethical AI deployment.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in advanced AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI systems at scale.
- Strong understanding of ethical AI principles and responsible data governance.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
