NeuralSync Inc. is pioneering the next generation of intelligent systems. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our R&D division focused on the 2026 roadmap. In this role, you will be at the forefront of integrating Agentic workflows and Large Language Models into scalable enterprise solutions.

Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI/ML infrastructure designed for the 2026 era.
- Lead the technical strategy for our flagship Agentic AI product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and technical specifications.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior and senior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Optimize model inference and reduce latency in high-volume environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically focusing on the evolution of LLMs and AI safety.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Proven track record leading complex technical projects from concept to production.
- Expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Deep understanding of LLMs, transformers, and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field preferred.
