What You Will Do
- Lead the architectural design of scalable, next-generation AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, data scientists, and engineers to translate abstract concepts into robust codebases.
- Oversee the implementation of ethical AI protocols and ensure compliance with global regulatory standards.
- Drive the integration of quantum algorithms into classical machine learning workflows.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical workshops to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures, reinforcement learning, and NLP.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for Terra 2026's core AI products.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and maintain high engineering standards.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential impact on our roadmap.
- Build and maintain robust APIs and microservices for external integrations.
Qualifications
- PhD in a relevant technical discipline is highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in data engineering and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Fluency in English is required.
