In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for our upcoming flagship products, ensuring they are resilient, scalable, and ethically aligned. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge research and production-grade engineering, guiding a world-class team of engineers and data scientists.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed for the 2026 enterprise landscape.
- Lead R&D initiatives in Generative AI, LLM fine-tuning, and multi-agent systems.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, fairness, and explainability in model deployment.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate strategic visions into technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models into production environments.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA).
