Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for our 2026 AI initiatives, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- System Architecture: Design high-level system architecture for large-scale machine learning models, focusing on latency, throughput, and fault tolerance.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a team of elite data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of proprietary neural networks, pushing the boundaries of what is currently possible.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical engineering and product management to deliver transformative AI solutions.
- Future Tech Integration: Research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) to prepare our infrastructure for the 2026 paradigm shift.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into actionable technical strategies.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Machine Learning – Specialty or equivalent.
