Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models capable of autonomous decision-making and complex reasoning.
- Lead the architectural strategy for transitioning legacy systems to next-gen AI infrastructures and cloud-native environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute technical roadmaps for 2026 technological milestones.
- Implement robust data pipelines ensuring privacy, security, and compliance with emerging global AI standards.
- Oversee the fine-tuning and evaluation of Large Language Models (LLMs) for specific industry verticals.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI agents to ensure reliability and safety in production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps tooling (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Vector Databases, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact projects from concept to full-scale deployment.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
