Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Models: Design and deploy state-of-the-art deep learning architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- R&D Leadership: Lead internal research initiatives to explore emerging paradigms in reinforcement learning and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- System Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines, reducing latency and maximizing computational efficiency.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Strategic Vision: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with the 2026 strategic vision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and design teams to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive user experiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and CUDA programming. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is required.
- Specialized Knowledge: Proven track record in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Autonomous Systems.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system bottlenecks and optimize model performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
