Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for our 2026 product suite, focusing on Generative AI and Predictive Analytics.
- Architect robust, scalable, and secure AI systems capable of handling millions of transactions daily.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to deliver high-impact projects on time.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum AI, Neural Interfaces) into our core architecture.
- Establish best practices for code quality, AI model deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and mentor junior architects to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years focused specifically on AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong understanding of data governance, ethics in AI, and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA).
