Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure designed to meet the demands of the 2026 market and beyond.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects in Generative AI and Large Language Models to drive innovation.
- Optimize Performance: Enhance model efficiency and reduce latency for real-time, high-volume applications.
- Mentor the Team: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI deployment and ethics.
- Strategic Roadmap: Collaborate with executive leadership to define the technical vision and strategic milestones.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and NLP.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical challenges with creative, scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
