Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Solutions: Design robust, scalable AI architectures capable of handling the complexities of 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead the integration of cutting-edge LLMs and Neural Networks into core product lines.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team in adopting next-gen frameworks and best practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and researchers to translate futuristic concepts into deployable code.
- Optimization Strategy: Continuously analyze system performance to ensure latency reduction and efficiency in high-volume environments.
Qualifications
- Proven Expertise: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Future-Ready Skills: Demonstrated experience with Generative AI models (GPT-4, Claude, etc.) and Vector Databases.
- Leadership: Experience leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
