Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for AI infrastructure leading up to 2026.
- Design scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning systems using Python and TensorFlow.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Optimize existing models for reduced latency and increased throughput.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, specifically in Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural architecture search.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into production environments at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
