Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable, fault-tolerant AI architectures for high-volume generative tasks.
- Quantum Integration: Integrate quantum-ready algorithms into existing neural network frameworks to future-proof our product suite.
- Ethical Governance: Establish robust ethical AI frameworks, bias detection protocols, and governance standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and researchers, conducting code reviews and architectural reviews to ensure best practices.
- Product Translation: Translate complex research findings into scalable, user-centric product features.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds for edge computing and massive distributed clusters.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Computational Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in designing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Core Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust.
- Model Mastery: Deep understanding of Transformer models, RLHF, LLM fine-tuning, and vector databases.
- Quantum Knowledge: Experience with quantum computing libraries (Qiskit, Cirq) or quantum mechanics fundamentals is a strong plus.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural transitions.
