Responsibilities

- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Quantum Readiness.
- Model Optimization: Lead the development and deployment of high-performance machine learning models, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and real-time inference.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and software engineers to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous data privacy standards and security protocols.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Proof of Concepts (PoCs): Spearhead experimental projects to validate new technologies before full-scale implementation.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Architecture: Proven experience designing microservices and distributed systems using RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- AI Proficiency: Strong background in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning with extensive practical application.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams, manage projects, and influence stakeholders at the executive level.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems.
