Responsibilities
- Design and architect end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Lead the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and reliability of AI systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical AI architectures.
- Optimize machine learning models for low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, including CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
