Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure optimized for 2026 standards and future-proof scalability.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver breakthrough AI solutions.
- Define the technical vision for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Conduct research on cutting-edge algorithms (e.g., Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning) and evaluate their feasibility.
- Oversee model training pipelines, ensuring high accuracy, low latency, and ethical AI deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and model versioning tools.
