Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance AI and machine learning systems for Project 2026.
- Lead the technical strategy, defining best practices for model training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding product managers, data scientists, and engineersâto integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and evaluate their applicability to our infrastructure.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven experience designing cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Strong background in distributed systems, large-scale data processing, and system design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
