Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Research, prototype, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, including large language models and generative AI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Establish best practices for AI development, testing, and deployment pipelines.
- Conduct technical research to identify emerging trends and integrate them into our product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX) and MLOps tools.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and data engineering principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
