Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for large-scale distributed systems.
- Lead research and development in Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive product innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into real-time applications.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize neural network models for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and governance for AI model deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience designing cloud-native architectures on AWS or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
