Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for the Project 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale AI model training and inference.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Ensure ethical AI practices, data governance standards, and security compliance.
- Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms to keep the platform ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in machine learning and large-scale software engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
