Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Model Development: Spearhead the research and deployment of advanced neural networks, including large language models and reinforcement learning agents.
- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing research teams to integrate hybrid classical-quantum algorithms into production pipelines.
- Code Optimization: Optimize existing codebases for latency, throughput, and resource efficiency to handle petabyte-scale data processing.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in machine learning and AI.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Quantum Awareness: Familiarity with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) is a strong plus.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
