Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning architectures for Project 2026, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI models, from research and prototyping to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding data scientists, product managers, and security expertsâto integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI development.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff alike, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Optimize inference latency and resource utilization on high-performance computing clusters.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from concept to delivery.
