Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance deep learning models for complex real-world applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge algorithms, focusing on Natural Language Processing and Computer Vision.
- Oversee the deployment of AI systems on distributed cloud infrastructures, ensuring minimal latency and maximum reliability.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for machine learning engineering within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate research into production-ready solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in AI/ML architecture, software development, or research.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep experience with large-scale data processing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, MLOps pipelines, and model optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
