Responsibilities
- Lead System Design: Define the high-level architecture for the Project 2026 platform, ensuring scalability, security, and performance under high load.
- AI Integration: Spearhead the integration of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks into our core product suite.
- Technical Strategy: Mentor a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor system performance and implement optimizations to reduce latency and improve user experience.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
