Responsibilities
- Define the core architectural vision and technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of AI researchers and software engineers to drive innovation and code quality.
- Design and implement scalable, distributed machine learning pipelines capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and edge processing to integrate cutting-edge methodologies.
- Oversee the deployment of models into production environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architecture or lead engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from conception to successful delivery.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
