Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end architecture design for Project 2026, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability of AI workloads.
- Optimize and fine-tune large-scale machine learning models to reduce latency and improve inference accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Product, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Establish best practices for code quality, testing, and CI/CD pipelines within the AI development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to keep Project 2026 ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying production-grade machine learning systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX, with a strong command of C++ for performance-critical components.
- Proven experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and container orchestration (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
