Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to spearhead the technical strategy for our upcoming Project 2026 initiative. This role is not just about coding; it is about architecting the infrastructure that will define the next generation of autonomous systems and generative AI.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-grade deployment, ensuring our systems are scalable, ethical, and resilient. You will work in a collaborative environment with top-tier engineers and data scientists to solve complex problems at the intersection of deep learning and distributed systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of large-scale AI models for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize deep learning pipelines for high-performance inference and training efficiency.
- Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural patterns across the engineering team.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., neuromorphic computing, advanced LLMs) to drive innovation.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical interviews to build a world-class team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and large-scale data processing frameworks (Spark, Kafka).
- Proven track record of shipping complex machine learning products to production.
