Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures for Project 2026.
- Lead research and development in Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize model inference for edge devices and cloud environments.
- Mentor junior data scientists and engineers on best practices in AI engineering.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research into production-ready features.
- Ensure system robustness, security, and compliance with global data regulations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with quantum computing simulation or advanced optimization algorithms is a significant plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
