Responsibilities
- Lead Architectural Design: Spearhead the end-to-end design of scalable machine learning infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high performance and fault tolerance.
- Model Optimization: Develop and implement advanced optimization strategies to reduce latency and increase throughput in real-time neural networks.
- Technical Strategy: Translate business requirements into robust technical roadmaps, guiding junior engineers and defining best practices for the engineering team.
- R&D Leadership: Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, researching and integrating emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and security experts to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred) with a focus on AI or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and C++. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
