Job Description
We are pioneering the next generation of artificial intelligence. As part of Project 2026, we are building the foundational models that will define the technological landscape of the coming decade. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our research and development initiatives, bridging the gap between theoretical neural networks and scalable, real-world applications.
If you are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible with Large Language Models, generative AI, and autonomous systems, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable deep learning infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high performance and reliability at scale.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel neural architectures to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor a team of top-tier data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and designers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Define best practices for data governance, model training pipelines, and MLOps workflows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research and evaluate emerging technologies for integration into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying production-grade Large Language Models (LLMs) or Generative AI systems.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with MLOps tools and methodologies (MLflow, Kubeflow) is highly preferred.
