In this role, you will be at the helm of designing the next generation of Generative AI models, integrating them with emerging quantum computing architectures. We are looking for a leader who is not only technically exceptional but also passionate about solving complex, high-stakes problems that will shape the future of human-machine interaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI systems.
- Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, from experimental research to production-grade deployment on cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into robust, scalable software solutions.
- Mentor a team of brilliant data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Optimize model performance, reduce latency, and ensure high security and data privacy standards.
- Stay ahead of the curve on the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and Edge Computing.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of experience in applied machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of leading high-impact technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
